You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the tour start time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour will not be eligible for a refund. In case of weather-related cancellations, we offer a full refund or the option to reschedule.
We recommend bringing comfortable walking shoes, a camera, sunscreen, a light jacket or sweater (depending on the season), and any personal medications you may need. Water will be provided, but you may want to bring additional snacks if needed.
Yes, hotel pickup and drop-off are included in the tour price. We will pick you up from your hotel in Baku and return you at the end of the tour. Please provide your hotel details during booking so we can arrange the pickup time.
Our tours are conducted in English by default. However, we can arrange tours in other languages (Russian, Azerbaijani, etc.) upon request. Please contact us in advance if you need a tour in a specific language, as additional charges may apply.
Yes, a traditional Azerbaijani lunch is included in the tour price. We also provide bottled water throughout the day. If you have any dietary restrictions or allergies, please inform us during booking so we can make appropriate arrangements.
Tours operate in most weather conditions. However, if there are severe weather warnings or unsafe conditions, we will contact you to reschedule or offer a full refund. Some activities like cable car rides may be canceled due to weather, but alternative arrangements will be made.
